 Judged on performance and soundness, suitability and manners to count. Open numerical scoring. Jumps 2’ or 2’6”

The 12 horses with the

highest scores will return for a second round. Scores from the second class of each respective division will be used as the first round of the qualifier.  The first and second round scores will be added and placed in order of their total score;in the case of a tie, the second round score will decide.  The 12 horses with the highest point total will be invited back for a hunter classic final held at the October show. Must have 6 entries to fill.

Entry fee:$25.00.

Prize money: $75, $50, $30, $20, $15, $10

** Year-end Champion awards in the following Divisions: Walk-Trot, Walk-Trot-Canter, Young Entry, Short Stirrup, Long Stirrup, Pleasure, Special Hunter,and Childrens/Adult Hunter

• Schooling permitted until 7:45am and during lunch break.
• Gates open 7:00am
• Concessions available at the show.   
• ALL DOGS ON LEASH     
• Entry fees $12.00 per class.

      Grounds Fee $10.00 per   Exhibitor.

      All Funds Go to Steeple Hill Farm   Owner, Not Piedmont Classic.

      Proof of Negative Coggins Test

      required.

• Walk-Trot riders eligible for Pleasure Division Trot Classes only.
• Pleasure Division open to all  horses, ponies, and riders.
• Walk-Trot-Canter riders may enter flat classes and Young Entry division if eligible.
• Young Entry Division open to riders 14 & under in their first or second year of showing.  Not eligible for any other over fences classes.
• Short Stirrup Division open to riders 12 &   under in their first or second year of showing.  
• May Cross Enter into o/f classes not exceeding 2'.

          Warm Up Class15 to remain  open through  Class 19 and be pinned after class 20.   

• Warm Up Class 27 to remain open through class 32 and will be pinned after class 35.
• Long Stirrup Divisio n open to riders over 12 years of age, in their first four years of showing.  Riders may cross enter into o/f classes not exceeding 2’ and are not eligible to compete in this division more than two years.
• Special Hunter Division is open to all horses, ponies and riders.
• ASTM approved headgear required for all riders.
• Show management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine any classes.

From I-40

Take Highway 68 North to Oak Ridge.

Turn right on Highway 150 east and follow

for 3.5 miles.  Turn right onBelford Road.

Follow to end.

From Highway 220 North

Follow 220 North to Summerfield.  Turn left

on Highway 150 West.  Follow l.5 miles and

turn left onBelford Road. Follow to end.
